Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: inconsistency and distraction from my goals. That and cheese.

Following any specific plan: limiting to 1400 calories, using my work's gym at least 3 times a week, swimming once a week.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I have a deadline in mind. I will be moving to start graduate school, and I want to start fresh in a new place (and hopefully meet some men who are attracted to me)
