Wakame are these yummy flakes you can add to soups and stuff. I have toasted them and sprinkled on salads or mixed with some kale chips. They are super good for you! Full of calcium and magnesium. Stuff from the ocean has so many nutrients. Its exciting adding new stuff the daily diet. I love the wasabi flavored sheets. Good potato chip replacement.
