How are you all getting on with your dieting/exercising/general life changes?
Tbh - I haven't even really started yet.
Have a date set in mind for it all - so for the moment I am just enjoying chilling out and getting my mind ready for the change.

I want to post some inspiring story about how it's all brilliant and... right now I'm totally fed up with being in that limbo of having been at it for nearly 2 months, yet not having lost enough to fit into smaller clothes. I have an app that shows me a graph of my weight loss, so I am obsessively looking at the downward line and trying to keep myself sane until I FEEL smaller. On the plus side, I feel healthier! That in itself is nice
Are you going to be doing a plan, or tweaking a few things about your lifestyle?

Ah limbo - I have been here a while - welcome!
I started watching my weight a while ago then got really fed up with the slow sloooow slowness of it so I decided - what the heck. But good for you for sticking with it - determination and motivation (or lack of) are my weaknesses.
I have a wee plan set in my mind about eating healthier -going to do the weight watchers pro points on my own as I have all the materials and pro points calculator etc - plus i refuse to pay someone 6quid a week to tell me I am still fat!
so between that and planning on starting back at the gym ... I think I will get there slowly but surely in the end.
Where abouts in Glasgow are you from? Its actually East Kilbride I am myself.
I read quite alot of the posts on here but this is the first site I have actually posted on - some of the stories are really inspiring and make you really wanna go for it.
Then - as we all know, sometimes reality kicks in and your like - you know what? b**ger it I cannae be bothered. (or is it just me?!)

I'm from Glasgow too! Haven't posted on here for yonks, but it'd be nice to speak to a few locals! Do you guys have any particular goals in mind? My boyfriend proposed a couple of weeks ago and we're getting married on the 17th of August, so not an awful lot of time for me to lose weight! I'm not sure what to realistically aim for to be honest...what do you guys think?
I am a newbie and I'm from Scotland (further north than others who have said where abouts they are from). I have decided I need a kick up the bum to get rid of this excess weight I have and hopefully here will help me by seeing how well others are doing and steer me in the right direction.
