Bumpin' up this thread because I love the idea of using cream cheese as a white sauce (Thanks, Joss!) which is perfect if you don't have alfredo sauce on hand (or just don't want to use it.) You can even doctor the cream cheese up with some garlic and italian seasoning. I think a white chicken broccoli/spinach "alfredo" pizza is in store for this weekend.
