I've cut back on diet soda and other diet drinks a lot in the last couple of weeks. I find that I don't crave sugar all that much anymore. Even when I do, I opt for just a little real sugar or honey in tea, or I go for a piece of hard candy.

Recent research has shown that our bodies really don't know how to process fake sugars and that they can actually cause weight gain because it makes us crave sugary foods.
