Hello!

I was wondering if there could be a place on the forum for people to keep diaries or journals of their progress? A lot of times I just want to write out my feelings of the day and have people stop by and give me support or encouragement and vice versa. I also think it could help the members feel more connected to each other.

Can there be a journal section on the forum? or if there already is and I haven't found it yet, can you please tell me where it is?

-Browse through some of the existing groups. Many have a daily thread or a check in thread for the specific group where members share much more than just their dieting day. I've found all the groups to be extremely welcoming.
