Was so discouraged yesterday and stepped on the scale this morning, 246.5. was SO happy. And today I started the 30 day shred. Got through the whole thing, with some modifications.
Couldn't do 100% of the jump rope, so for that I ran in place. By the end I could keep up with the cardio, just the first 2 minutes were killer. The side lunges with shoulder raises, only did 1 arm at a time for the second set. Bicycle abs ? GOOD GREIF. Just did regular crunches and side crunches through that.. but I MADE IT.
And I feel fantastic. Finally tears of joy today. So excited to continue tomorrow
