Angry ugh, injury vent

so i had said i'd come back and post about my experience with the kettlebell swing i'd just started ... well that was derailed with a family crisis which lead to me dislocating a freaking rib. i'm working with a chiropractor and truly starting to feel much better, but it's sooooo frustrating. at least the crisis is resolved, save for my now empty bank account and stupid rib. i can't lift my groceries, holding my coffee or water bottle in my left arm is painful. there is no comfortable position, and god help ya if you sneeze. i'm still walking, but not as much. definitely not doing the swing right now.

just so frustrated. i know it'll get better with time and i'll be able to get back into the exercise groove, but ugh!

Ouch! Sounds painful. I didn't even know you COULD dislocate a rib. Hope you get feeling better soon. Gentle for you!

I hear you! I had a back injury at the end of July they're still trying to figure out. I'm in pain all the time and I really want to get back to exercising but pretty much everything hurts. Bending is the worst.
