Get Me Out Of The 170's/160's/150's Part 2
I've started the new thread here. I hope everyone finds it!
Anyone who would like to jump in is welcome. Basically, we've just been chatting, ranting at our scales, celebrating our successes and supporting each other on the Get Me Out Of The 170's/160's/150's thread.

Hi Moving Forward! So glad I found this new thread!
I am weighing in at 148.8 today! Feels so good to finally get out of the 150's. I have to wonder if it's water weight I am losing since I was 151 the other day. The jump tells me it's water weight, especially because I just started low carb. But that's ok! I will take that. I just wish I could notice the difference physically. I think that's one of the hardest part, well, stalling actually tops the list. At least now I can say "Get me out of the 140's!"
.

I'm up a couple of lbs- some of my diet restrictions have come off this week, and I've been 'celebrating'. And my little guy seems to be doing fine with these foods being re-introduced into my diet, so thats great.
Now I need to get focussed and get ready to be in my bff's wedding in June! My little guy will be 1 in June, so that would be a nice time to be healthy and fit by as well.

Congrats Stars and Lauren for reaching new milestones!
My clothes have been fitting even better than last week so it's making me excited to step on the scale come Monday morning. OMG, what if I'm closer to 165 than I think? That would be awesome!! What I would give to be in the 150's like you ladies! Aaaaah!! Slowy but surely

I completely forgot that I have a fitness assessment at the gym tomorrow morning. They will be doing bf%, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, etc. I will have to step on the scale so I'll get a weight a day early and finally get to update my ticker.
How is everyone?

we finished a thread? THATS AWESOME.
i hope everybody is doing well- I am definitely here, now featuring internet access. But still couchless. SERIOUSLY?? But that's a whole other story.
Things are still a little bit stressfull after the move, but I am trying to settle into a routine. My goal for this week is to still to calories between now, and Thursday!

I'm in the 160's!!! And the low 160's at that! It was a great day at the gym today. I had an assessment done and my numbers came out beautiful...including the number on the scale. I can't BELIEVE I'm this close to seeing a 150 something. 8 years in the making (tear).

Still fighting to stay in the 150's....I am at 160 this week thanks to TOM and awful cravings. In fact staying in my 1300-1500 calorie range has been quite difficult since Christmas. I expect to drop a pound or two of water weight but I was hoping for a bit more.

Is it really possible to get out of these decades?! I was 149.9 once in 2011. Then I let it slip for some reason.

Looks a little quiet.
How are all of you holding up?
My life is regulating a little bit. I have a full fridge of healthy choices, and lots of cooked food. Here's to a beautiful week!

Dstalksalot I have been struggling to stay on plan too. Had a really good week the first week after New Years then slacked off.

Stimkovs did you go to a new town or just a new house? They say moving is one of the most stressful things you can do so you're doing great!

I saw a high number on the scale this morning.
I'm wanting to go to the gym- between sleep deprivation, a husband who is also sleep deprived and working multiple jobs, studying, and normally out of the house by 6:30 am, finding time to get there is hard. We (dh and I) just need to decide its happening, otherwise it won't.
Anyway- I have decided that I would like to start counting calories. The only problem is that I have no idea how to do it- I'll have to look into that and figure it out.
