Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Staying consistent and not giving up at the first set back.
Following any specific plan: Eating vegan, increasing vegetable intake, minimising sugar and added oil. Running three days a week, with kettlebell training at least twice a week.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I’m seeking support whereas I previously kept weight loss efforts a national secret.
Anything else you would like to share with us: My lowest adult weight is 171lbs and I’m looking forward to reaching and surpassing that.
