My name is Elena and it is so mice to met you al.
I started my weight loss journey 2 years ago, I was 165 pounds and was a complete couch potato. I ended up having serious health issues connected to inactivity (my knee and hip would hurt when walking, I would get dizzy etc etc). I started to exercise at first in physical therapy office and then I signed up for a gym. I've been exercising almost every day since and became pretty strong. I also started to tweak my diet away from pizza and pasta and towards fish and veggies.
Now I am 134 pounds, but there are still goals. Even with tweaks in my diet my last blood tests show high cholesterol (as of October 2012), so I am trying to eliminate cholesterol as much as possible from my diet. I would like to get rid of muffin top and belly pooch once and for all. My dream figure includes 4-pack abs
And I would like to get rid of cellulite.
I do not have an ideal body weight, just a body image. With my exercise routine it is hard to say what weight is muscle and what weight is fat. But I guess I would love to be 125 or so
