Good Morning Everybody,

Ahh finally the weekend, this past week has really worn me down, can't wait to sleep in tomorrow.

Whats everyone got planned for the weekend ? anything good.
Tomorrow night I'm going to a dance w/my sister and then Sunday we are bringing dinner to the Inlaws b/c the other day was my FIL's 80th birthday.

Its gonna rain tomorrow so I guess I'll be cleaning

My stomach is killing me again. I am trying to be strong and stay at work but if it doesn't get any better my butt is heading home!!!

I think we are going to try to go the the Lion's Club dance Saturday night.That should be interesting since I don't dance. Sunday we are going to the SuperDome to see the Saints and the Colts. I am really ready for that. I love watching the Saints even if they aren't very good sometimes. Maybe since I will be there they will win.

I had some sort of stomach thing going the other day, hang in there, if its like mine it will be gone is about a day or two. I should have stayed home and rested butcha know how that goes.

I have great news this morning.My official WI is 295 which means I lost a total of 5 lbs altogether in the past two weeks.I love it and I feel so great.

I just returned from the Lake. I (all by myself) yanked the kayaks off the rack one at a time and pulled them to the Lake to clean. I cleaned them inside and out as we are hosting a picnic at our clubhouse this week end for the T.V. Ministry at church. We expect 30-35 and let them fish and kayak. It will be the 3rd year we have done this and always have a great time.

Next Weds morning is my joint fusion surgery so I am doing everything I think I will not be able to do for a while. (like kayak etc.) It is going to be a challenge keeping my right hand protected and out of water. The Dr. said the biggest danger is infection! I will be fine.................just inconvienced for a while.

Getting my grandsons (3 & 4 Jake & Josh) this afternoon for a while. They are so precious and always fun to have around! We will probably take them to Fazoli's for dinner. They love that!

Lynnie! WOW! You just slid right by that 300 lb mark didn't you! That is AWESOME! and you are doing great!!!!!! I'm doing the "happy dance" just for you!


Leenie, I hope you get to sleep in extra late tomorrow morning! I'll be cleaning house too, even tho it will be beautiful outside here.

Kemp, it's good to finally see, but I'm sorry you're not feeling well! Get better girlie - I know you don't have time to be sick!

Cin, girl you sound busier every day! Sounds like scrubbing kayaks was your exercise for today. wow! I hope and pray that all goes well with your surgery and that you'll keep that hand out of the water! Can you type left handed? I sure hope so cause if not you're gonna have to type with your nose and keep us posted!

I'm gonna try to go walk during lunch again. Tonight we have a football game, Saturday is cleaning, and Sunday is church. I'm sure there will be several other things on the agenda, but I never know til the last minute with teenagers! LOL

Thanks Cathy & Leenie.....when I do it......follow something....I guess it doesn't matter what....because.....it all boils down to calories in....calories out......I tried doing different eating plans.....but I always seem to go back to WW....it does work....if you do it.

WW with the flex points.....I seem to be handling better.....you don't feel like you blow it......when you use the flex points.
