I think it might be spaghetti squash. It's so yummy and filling. Or any of the squashes I've been eating. There so good.

I love spaghetti squash, but liked it before I started my plan so I can't count it at new. But oh so good! I love it with spaghetti sauce with meat in it - I think the sweetness of the squash mixed with the acidic tomato sauce tastes way better than pasta!

The one specific thing that is new for me on the Dukan Diet is oat bran. Not oatmeal, but oat bran. You eat a couple of tablespoons a day and you can make a tasty porridge out of it, or a delicious pancake. It's really yummy and filling and something I look forward to eating every day.

Baked sweet potatoes topped with nothing but cinnamon! The closest I ever had before was the Thanksgiving dish topped with brown sugar and marshmallows.

Apples. Before I started my weight loss effort, I wasn't eating any fruit. Now, I really do eat an apple every day!

Veggies! I eat tons of them raw every day but also really enjoy roasting them.

Before I lost weight the only veggie I ever ate was the lettuce in a big mac.

Sardines! Oil packed are so yum - drain them and add about a tsp of yellow mustard, it is SO heavenly. They're also delicious with salt and lemon juice. It has been one of my strongest pregnancy cravings and those things are nutritional powerhouses, while also being among the lowest fish in mercury.

*NOM!*

My dad eats a ton of sardines too because of its nutritional value. I've never had them so I think I will pick some up soon.

I am currently addicted to topping practically every meal with avocado. The taste by itself is just so buttery and good. I make soups and use it as a topping instead of sour cream. I put it on top of my stir frys, on salads, sandwiches...I just can't get enough of it lol.

I'm getting hungry just reading this. So far I don't have any new food that I am a huge fan of, but I am just getting started. The spaghetti squash sounds promising - never tried it.

Salads! Nobody told me they didn't have to just be lettuce drenched in dressing. No, my salads have chicken, almonds, roasted peppers, tomato, guacamole and whatever else I feel like putting on them
