Day 7
Breakfast: IP Omelete
Lunch: IP BBQ chips/crackers, Salad with lettuce, cucumber and WF bacon dressing
Snack: - have not decided yet will probably go with a drink made into a smoothie by adding ice in the blender.
Dinner: Eggs and Spinach and Jicama fries. I will be eating my spinach and eggs with a side salad, the rest of the house will be having SP & eggs in a sandwich. Will be making the Jicama fries for the first time tonight - can't wait. I had Yucca fries on vacation last year, wonder if they will be similar...UPDATE - I made the Jicama fries and not sure that they are worth the hassle of peeling them. I have two more peeled Jicama and I'll look for something to do with them tomorrow.
