Breakfast: turkey burger, 1/4 c sweet potato, 1/2 grapefruit (286 cal)

Lunch: turkey enchilada, 2 oz. Greek yogurt (300 cal)

Snack: celery and peanut butter (205 cal)

Dinner: spaghetti w/meat sauce, 1 cup homemade vegetable soup, 2/3 c wine (500 cal?)

2 Hershey kisses (42 cal)

Total: 1350?

Exercise: 30 min elliptical
