Default A size smaller by feb 1st
I am day 8 of my new " lifestyle" ( as I prefer to call it)...the word " DIET" makes me gain weight
My mini goal is to be a comfortable size 18 for the 1st of feb, currently in a tight size 20

That's a great mini-goal! Good luck! I'm hoping to be in an 18 by Valentines Day. I'm still laying on the bed to get my 20s zipped lol.

I like your mini goal.....focusing on size vs lbs. I think I'll incorporate it into my goals. A size smaller by 2/15 ( my wedding anniversary). Thanks!
