Breakfast: 3 eggs with 15 g of habanero cheese
Lunch: Salad with 3 cups of lettuce, 94 g of cucumber, 111 g of tomato and 2 tbsp off kraft greek feta dressing
Dinner: Broccoli and cheese soup! I made it for the first time today It was really good!
Snacks: I had a million snacks today, two pepperoni sticks, a cheese stick, two small protein shakes.
Drinks: One coffee, one green tea, and at 84 oz of water.
Breakfast- Black Tea
Lunch- Chipotle's Barbacoa bowl w/ lettuce and cheese
Dinner- Hot Wings and salad w/ avocado ranch
Snacks- Lemon w/ sugar, 1 cream cheese cloud, 1/2 cup of egg custard
I need to be better about planning my meals before hand. Is chipotle ok during induction?
Not sure if Chipotle's is okay for induction -guess it really depends on what you eat and what's in the ingredients. Mind you, one day isn't going to make or break your weight loss - even if you're thrown out of ketosis, it'll be for a short period. Develop good habits over the 2 weeks Induction and you'll be set for OWL and Maintenance.
