Today is my re-start day, so I hope it is ok to jump in here now. I definitely do best with challenges like this to keep me on track - short enough term to achieve a goal and then move on to the next one.
New Year's Resolution: By December 31st, 2013, I want to be back in Onederland and at a new low (under 198.8).
From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is to be 245 or below (lose 12+ lbs)
Starting weight: 257
Week one (ends Jan 5th): 257 (restart 1/6/13)
