Ok..NOTHING of my plan is working out. The day after I put up my goal my family and I were hit by a drunk driver while sitting at a stop light. We are injured but nothing that needed hospitalization. They thought I bruised my spleen but the CT scan shows it to be ok. I just havne't been able to eat anything but soup and that might be stress and just bruised my ab wall and or something..could even be a nerve in my back not sure. So I have lost a lot of weight since I put up my goal but I am afraid when I start eating again it will all come back on as well as some more. I also for obvious reasons can't work out until the doc says so. but I still have my goal and when I am able I will put my plan into action.
Starting weight 263...
Week one (ends Jan 5th): 253 10lbs lost but I am VERY hesitant to even count this and don't expect it to all stay gone once I start eating again. That is one reason I won't change my signature just yet..
