Default Newbie..well sort of, glad to have somewhere to turn

I am new to this forum. I done SB years ago after my 3rd child. I got about half way to goal, feel off the wagon and now I am the biggest I have ever been.

I am glad I found this forum because obvisously somethings have changed from the version of the book I have.

Right now I am on day 4 and I have been really good but today I am zapped for some reason. It is all I can do to get my housework done. I would love some coffee but I cannot stop at a few cups. I do not drink it that often, but when I do I make up for it.

Looking forward to keeping up with everyones progress!

Hey Payday, usually around Days 3-5 of Ph1, I find myself exhausted and sometimes headachey. Some of us call it the SB "flu." Some get aches with it, etc. If you're feeling "zapped," try a cup of milk. That might help

to The Beach again. Take a good look at the Revised Phase I list because there are some changes there that may help you to conquer Phase I. The changes are in green. The addition of dairy and legumes will help. http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/sbd-...ay-2008-a.html
Good Luck but rely on planning ahead!

I was so happy to see milk added. I was just thinking I may go fix me a glass with some of my SF kahlua syrup... Hopefully this will pass fast! I am hanging on. Although I have not been anywhere and the house doesn't really have any bad food that appeals to me. Tomorrow I go to my parents so I hope this passes before I get there. Also anytime I am in the car is bad for me. I apparently was a drive thru junky and didn't realize. My kids are going to be eating so much healthier!!

I feel that way too at the mid and end of Ph1. To each it's different but I empathize. Hang in there
