Default yo-yo dieter

hello,
been reading a few posts and found myself really enjoying reading everybodys stories etc......
ive set ''the new me'' date for mon 7 jan (im being realistic) ordered the rosemary connelly ultimate workout-low/medium impact to get me started and will be going food shopping saturday or sunday...
ive also been getting a couple of new recipes and have also ordered an adult hula hoop as its looks soo much fun
prep done...

Hey Chaz, welcome to the forum.

Certainly sounds like you are well prepared. Adult hula hoop does sound fun! I might have to look into that myself

Do you have a particular plan in mind? Calorie counting, just general healthy eating?

no plan as such---over the years ive proberly done every diet/fad diet going so im gonna combine my knowledge and see how i go.
tesco direct are selling the hoops for less than £13---bargin

I ordered a hula hoop but from Amazon.co.uk. I was able to read the reviews on it before choosing it.

I love Rosemary Conley in that you get a fitness class along with the weigh in. I have started it a couple of times, then stopped after a few weeks. Once because my DD started a new activity and the send time because I joined with a friend and stopped when she did. I think I will go back to class -- the diet would dork for me to maintain, but not to lose. I restarted Slim and Save yesterday! Day one done... day two so far so good!
