I slept in late so my weight may have been a tad bit off
12/27 ~ 197.6 slept in
12/28 ~ 198.6 (+1.0) normal wake up time
12/29 ~ 197.2 (-1.4) slept in

Take it 1 day, 1 sec, 1 min, 1 thought, 1 breath at a time.
