What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: This time, I found something that feels natural. Something that I can live with, a lifestyle rather than a crash diet. I feel motivated, I have finally had enough. Also, I have set a goal to participate in Tough Muddger (a physical challenge) with my husband in June 2013 (Whistler, BC)

Anything else you would like to share with us: I am new to 3FC, and have been lurking for a few weeks. I find everyones stories very uplifting and motivating, just what I need to show me that I can do this.
