Breakfast:
Mock French Toast (plain omelet mix with vanilla and cinnamon, cooked until firm, topped with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray and Walden Farms maple syrup)
Lunch:
Chocolate Shake
Turnip fries
Snack:
Chocolate Chip Cookie
Dinner:
Pork tenderloin with sauerkraut and mushrooms

Breakfast: Health Wise Top Stack pancake with WF syrup, 1 HB egg (hungry day!), coffee w/2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD
Lunch: Salad w/1 cup each red & green peppers, Health Wise Cheese puffs
Dinner: Crockpot mustard herbed roast beef, mashed cauli-taters, broccoli
Snack: Balanced Protein chocolate cream pudding
Post-exercise snack: Syntrax Nectar Fuzzy Navel drink

L mixture of .25 packet each: sw curls, salt/vin, white Ched, dill zipp
Cukes
D cauli mash & meat (guys are planning supper & don't know what meat they are bringing back)
S. either piņa colada or cocomint creme pudding (those tropical favors are SO MUCH BETTER in warmer weather! I liked em in the summer but not so much since its gotten cold. Yummy again in FL)

I just burned my turnip chips that I was baking in the oven, so I'm not having turnip chips today And they were tasting so good, just needed another couple of minutes!
