The other thread was getting a little long, so here we are with a brand new one!

I have about 5 pounds to go before I'm firmly out of the 180's, and considering that it took me two months to lose 30 pounds, I'm not happy about this two month rest stop.

I've been stuck in a 7lb range for 4 months now... Sooo frustrating! But I just finished my workout and going to keep on doing what I need to do in order to break past the 190s and upper 180s for good!!

Just ate 4 pieces of pizza at work. Better get on the elliptical or my weigh in tomorrow won't be what I was hoping for!

I weighed in at 190.4 this morning, which means I'm still heading in the right direction but not quite back to where I was yet :/ I am just hoping that tomorrow will be 180 something and I wont pop back up in the 190s EVER again!!

EpicSkyline- I hope that you got your elliptical workout in yesterday And have an EPIC weigh in!!

Well, this weigh in puts me over 80 lbs lost, which is what I was hoping for by Thanksgiving. I'm happy, even though the scale wasn't as low as it should have been thanks to some mistakes yesterday.

Blcarter84 - I'm sure you will get out of the 190s FOREVER soon!

Well, Thanksgiving is over and I'm still 189.0. Guess this means I'm officially out of the 190s. Next stop 179 (by Christmas?).

Haven't weighed myself since a couple weeks ago due to not being able to go to the gym. I've still used my workout dvd's but I'm a little nervous to weigh myself due to thanksgiving sweets... It was just one day though and I'm sure I'll keep losing eventually. Congrats BleuMaus on your loss!

Annoyed after working out hard (did Insanity!) and counting my calories all week. Back down to 183.8. I took all last week off to de stress and just "be" with my family. Felt good!

This morning I woke up early and did my old faithful FIRM Cardio Scuplt and LOVED IT. I plan on going back to my normal routines and hit the elliptical for at least an hour every evening. I won't give up!

ToriJ84-How is insanity working for you? Any measurement loss and scale loss(which I hear is hard while doing this program)
I'm starting it up tonight in addiction with continuing to running 6 days a week too. I'm honestly not expecting any weightloss while doing this, just hoping to tone up and increase my running endurence...Haha
This morning was my last weighin day at 187.6, and I'm ditching the scale until I'm done with the program...anything I lose is gonna be a massive surprise..

BleuMaus- COngrats :* Can't beat that high of seeing a low number....

Ive seriously been so ravenous and eating EVERYTHING in sight for the past 4 days! I need to get on with it if i'm ever going to reach goal, originally I wanted to reach it by January 18th but since I;ve been losing adn relosing the same lbs for 4 months, I dont think its going to happen. BUT I'm hoping to start hardcore again tomorrow and get solidly in the 180s by Xmas.
