Well, I seem to be staying on track again. That is very good news because I tend to do very well once I've been back on the wagon for a couple days. Normally its day 2 of being back on track when I veer off track again. I feel really good about how I have done the last couple days and I expect to have some good weigh in for a while. I feel like I am over the hump of getting back into exercise and eating right and now I can just follow the routine again. No thought about motivation - just back to commitment.
