Well, I am obviously doing a poor job at checking in here and that is a direct reflection on how I am doing with my diet and weight loss. I don't know how many times I can 'recommit' myself, but I guess as long as I move forward it doesn't really matter how many steps I have taken back in the past. I want to be out of the 180s by Christmas... I saw 181.4 this morning. That wouldn't be frustrating if I hadn't seen 180.0 on Thanksgiving. I have basically wasted a month. In any case, I haven't really slipped back and gained. If I crack down on my diet, I know I will feel better and hopefully Ill give myself the Christmas gift of a lower number.
