Default Walk of Shame...

Doing the walk of shame back to my office this afternoon...40 lbs heavier then when I left and thought I could do it on my own...I'm telling myself it will be different this time (not the first time I have said that) but I really KNOW this is it. I have had so many blessings in my life, my baby boy and surviving a brain tumor 2 weeks after having him, that I just have to do this. There is a reason I am here and I want to be the best me I can be for me, my son, my husband and God. Walk with me on this journey. So glad to be back online with you guys, you are all so inspiring and motivating!

You are a strong woman to survive that and you have great incentive to get back on the program.

Welcome back!

It takes a strong person to dust themselves off and get back up and try again as opposed to ignoring it and continuing on the wrong path. Congratulations on getting back on plan and welcome back!

You'll be at goal in no time! Just take it one day at a time.
