yah i have no kids too but i am home most of the day...i do walk twice a day..not much but some now doing pilates session twice a day too...again not much...starting hydro exercises today...and looking forward to it...the housework is exercise for me too..i have physical limitations that frustrate the heck out of me so i am taking baby steps but trying!!...cheers liz
