I get what you're saying and I do think that you should take advantage of the gym and the time you have available to use it. I do want to say that you don't have to workout to lose weight but it's a very healthy endeavor. However, working out for 7 hours a day....I don't know if that's all that healthy, especially if you're out of shape. Just my thoughts so I hope you don't mind me saying it. It really comes down to how much you're eating than how much you workout. However, if you're at the gym then you're not doing boredom eating, so I guess that's a good thing. Anyway, I think it's great that you have all this motivation to go. Go for it and let us know how it all works out!
