What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: This time I'm not doing it because I want to be skinny for guys, friends or events. I'm not even set on skinny. I want to be healthy. I'm getting closer and closer to those tricky years. 94% of the time the living, body habits and shape a woman has between 28-32 is the type of she will normally carry with her the rest of her life. Not to say you can't change it but a woman's body fully set's into maturity during these years. Also, I know I want kids someday and I want to be able to run and play with them. I don't want to be a statistic setting my future kids up for eating disorders and obesity.
