Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: At the moment I am between jobs but once I start my new job and move out I will have to be responsible for my own diet. I don't know how that will work out!

Following any specific plan: I want to eat 1500 calories every day for the rest of my life. And when your amount is restricted like that you HAVE to make healthy sustaining choices or you will feel like you're going to die!

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am a lot more educated about which foods are sustaining and I appreciate that weight loss is about more than calorie counting, it is about nutrition and exercise.

Anything else you would like to share with us: I am starting a new job next month and I am scared!
