Default December Daily Weigh In

Hi all!

I don't know who's in charge of creating these, but I guess I will start. You girls keep me going! I hope that by the end of the month, and my new years resolution that I will weigh about 170, that is my goal. We will see what happens! Good luck and mindfulness to all!!

Goal: Under 159 would be great!

12/1: 162! I can't get motivated with exercise these last few days though
12/2: 163. Not sure why as I did really well yesterday and even did an hour of exercise?
12/3: 163 I have had 1000 calories the last two days so I don't know why I'm not losing-grr!

This is the month when I plan to hit 90 pounds lost, get out of obesity and reach 35% of my starting weight lost! I do Weight Watchers, so my weeks are set around my weigh-ins on Wednesdays.

I had a rough month last month for losses, why? I don't know, I ate on point everyday. Now my exercise wasnt as strong as it was in previous months but wouldnt you think my diet alone would do something? Nah I'm like back to square one where I was in November. So frusterated. Here's hoping I'll get below the 180s this month

I'm going to join this. I haven't done a daily weigh in in about a year so I'm looking forward to monitoring my weight loss more. I weighed in at 92.2kg November 30th.

Question: I ran three miles yesterday and MyFitnessPal said I could eat 600 more calories. Does this sound right? Should I just have ate 1500 and ignored the extra calories they gave me for the day? Is it OK to burn 500 calories and eat only 1500 or could that put me into starvation mode?
