I am going to go for 5 lbs as well. If I could stop gaining and losing the same weight it would be a great move down.

In the next 2 weeks, lose 1-2 pounds and then maintain for the last 2 weeks of Christmas! Haha, so let's say lose 1-2 pounds for the month
