Annoyed after working out hard (did Insanity!) and counting my calories all week. Back down to 183.8. I took all last week off to de stress and just "be" with my family. Felt good!
This morning I woke up early and did my old faithful FIRM Cardio Scuplt and LOVED IT. I plan on going back to my normal routines and hit the elliptical for at least an hour every evening. I won't give up!
