Default Goal/Setback

Been away for a while because *drum roll* I'm in school! Almost finished my first term in the Practical Nursing course! It's tough but academically doing quite well. Hoping to make Deans list even.

Setback though is that I've gained back some weight. Stress from school, lack of money, and struggling to make it through each months bills have been a killer for my weight and health. I've got to get my physical strength back quick because clinicals start December 5th and that means if I can't keep up then I'm screwed.

Looking on the bright side though, I still am pretty happy to finally have gotten the push I needed to go back to school because it really is easier to just go on through life without changing for the better. Hope everyone else is doing well!

Welcome back! Good for you on getting back on track. And congrats on the 23lbs already lost.

Thanks! It's actually hard to remember that I've lost weight. For some reason it still feels like I'm at the start (Strange now I think about it).

Thumbs up Congrats

Going to school, the stress of exams - you are back and need to know you are on the right path. Keep going!

Congrats! I can totally relate, I have gained back 15 pounds since the start of this semester (RN program). Driving me nuts!! This fat needs to go away so that I can hurt less at clinical. Be careful not to injure yourself!

That's exactly what I was thinking! I plan on working out more this week between terms because clinicals are starting for me soon in my LPN program
