OP: Everyone always say what is "realistic " time to lose weight! But everyone body is different. What is good for you does not mean it will be good for someone else; just because you may lose weight slow; does not mean the next person will lose it slow.
If I can lose 30 pounds from Oct1 to Nov19th ; Oh you can do it!
I have lost a total of 80 pounds since June 2012
NO; i did not have surgery; no Special diet, No pills and No fasting!
It's called work your AZZ off in the gym and cut out fast food and junk food! However, don't forget to rest! smile
Why there are women and men who do all these special things to lose weight;I think it is great it works for you! Keep up the good work!
I say stay with your 6 month goal and whatever you lose you will be happy!
And if you do lose that 100 pounds in 6months! You can come back later at this post and Smile away!
