185.4 (overweight BMI) for now. I'll have to reassess when I get there.
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weight loss?
I work long hours and don't have a lot of time for much else at present.
Following any specific plan?
I followed Weight Watchers before and will probably do so again once I make exercise a solid habit. One thing at a time.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past?
For right now, I am focused on trying to improve my overall fitness while making more conservative eating choices, but not tracking calories or points yet. In the past, I would try to do too many new things at once, get frustrated and give up. I hope I have learned from that.
