Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Impulse snacking/"cheat days", especially when my non-dieting friends are indulging

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm cooking for/feeding myself now. It was more difficult to diet when I was living at home since my siblings are very picky, my father is very southern (and fries everything! frustrating!) so I couldn't always eat as well as I liked. I've also seen a lot of success (for the first time ever) so I'm determined to go all the way!
