I do sit ups and abdomen strengthening exercises which has helped. Build some muscle. Weight lifting has made my upper arms look much, much better! Still, I have extra skin...can't be avoided. With clothes on, nobody can tell I have that extra skin. Will I ever be able to wear a bathing suit? No. But I was extremely heavy for many, many years and I'm 42 years old. I feel awesome though!!
