November & December Challenge to Stay "On Plan" Daily Check-in
Our main goal on this thread is to stay ON PLAN (or OP for short) with whatever weight loss plan you're following. Everyone is welcome to join in.
Nov & Dec 2012 Challenge:
1. Stay ON PLAN during Nov & Dec. Challenge yourself to be OP with your eating for the month. It will be tough but we can do it. Be sure to come here to the board if you feel like you are going to go off-course and need some support!
2. Set a weight loss goal only if you feel comfortable doing so.
3. Set a goal of how many days you’d like to do some form of exercise every week.
4. Set a goal of how many days you’re going to VISIT THE THREAD and check in with us. The accountability is important and a great way to stay on track.
Anything else you’d like to track here for the month, please do so! Feel free to track your daily eating, daily exercising...anything you'd like! We are here for each other because we're all here for a common goal: to be healthy, fit and happy!! For those who are struggling right now, why not re-commit and let today be your turnaround. WE CAN DO IT so let's all have a great month!!!
My goals for November & December are:
1. Track on Lose It daily and stay within my range spending more cals on healthy stuff instead of junk
2. Workout at least 4 days a week
3. Drink at least 6 8oz waters daily
4. Try more healthy recipes
5. Post here daily
Yay!! New month, new challenge! I'll do my goals for Nov first; once I see where I'm at at the end of the month, I'll post some Dec goals. So, first up...
November Goals:
1. Track weight loss daily on phone app
2. Stay current with my MOTOACTV challenges
3. Work out at least 4 days a week
4. No fast food at all
5. Get to 210 by end of the month
6. Post here daily
Count me in again! I will probably have other goals for December and will post them at the end of November.
My November 2012 Goals:
1. Continue working out 6 days per week (lift 3 - 4 days per week; powerwalk 20 - 25 miles per week and add more Pilates).
2. Powerwalk 100 miles during the month of November with WATP.
3. Research recipes/snacks to eat when I'm hungry after lifting weights.
4. Continue writing down meal plans and completed exercises everyday.
5. Continue drinking 64 oz - 128 oz of water daily.
6. Take it easy on the treats and cake for my birthday week.
7. Continue with not being obsessed with the scale, but track inches lost.
November Goals:
1. Stay within my daily calorie budget.
2. Exercise at least 4 times a week (for an hour or more each time)
3. Be down in the 220's by the end of the month
4. Post on here daily with updates.
November goals:
1. track food daily and stay within 1200-1500 calories
2. drink 64 oz water daily
3. do Zumba 3 days a week and walk 30 minutes 2 days a week
November Goals:
1. After two months of up and down exercise routine, I have managed to stick to my foods which I am happy enough about. I have slipped on water so have given myself a challenge to drink at least 2 litres of water each day.
2. I'm slowly getting back into exercise now. I would like to be able to 4/5 days per week. The aim for weekdays a half an hour and weekends an hour.
3. I'll more than likely come back and check in each evening With the possible chance of missing the odd evening.
4. Bring a packed lunch to college each day! I did this all of October!
I've no weight goal as I have decided to get rid of targets until the end of this semester in college. So, the plan is to stay on track, up the exercise and if I lose, I lose.
I'll come back in December to write my December goals.

Hi everyone! I'm extremely proud of myself for having no Halloween candy or cookies this year! I really wasn't tempted either. This was probably the first time since I was a toddler I didn't have any. lol
I didn't even realize yesterday was Halloween! I mean, I knew what the day was, but it still slipped my mind. I don't have any kids, and I live in an apartment complex with very few children. Last year I bought a few bags of peanut butter cups, Twix, and Kit Kats, and NO ONE came trick or treating at my door! Of course, I love all those candies, and by Nov 2 THEY WERE ALL GONE. I was popping them in my mouth like popcorn! This year I didn't even think to buy any and spent an hour on my Tread Climber before showering and bundling on the couch with the dog. Didn't even remember Halloween till this your post, SunnySide99 LOL So I think I made out pretty good this year

My goals for this month:
1. Eat less than 1400 cals. everyday.
2. Exercise at least 1200 minutes this month. (I'm taking a pilates class twice a week and a line dancing class once a week.) The rest of the exercising will be at home.
Lakilaulea - LOL! I'm so shocked you didn't know it was Halloween yesterday! lol!!!! I don't have kids either, but it's one of my favorite holidays. The same thing happened to me last year....no trick or treaters so I ate most of the candy! Glad we didn't have a Halloween like last year though!!!
OK, I have added this page to my favorites! I’m in! I wasn’t on point today but not totally off track either
