As of this morning, I am in the NORMAL BMI range. OK, very tippy-top, but I'm THERE! Woot!
I had decided (with 3FC advice. Thanks!) that as soon as I hit this target, I was going to stop dieting to lose weight, and maintain for the next couple of months. I'm going to focus on "not gaining". I'm going to eat for my goal weight BMR rather than my current BMR, and relax through the holidays.
