No body is perfect especially when it comes to dieting and the one thing that destroys your efforts is not confronting your slip ups.

I ate totally off my plan this morning and felt so mad at my self........then I went for a long walk. I walked off my guilt and planned healthy choices for the rest of my day.
I wouldn't call it cheating, just living. Enjoying food is part of living, and sometimes the tradeoff of indulgence is worth it. As others have said, the important thing is to get back on plan right away.
