My problem is at home i am unable to do anything myself,I decided to go to Gym or fitness center is that the right choice for me to go there.
And i cant continue for more time or more months if i stop after few months will i become fat again?
You might lose some muscle mass that you accumulated but you won't gain weight unless you consume too many calories. Also, you don't need to workout in order to lose weight. Working out is for fitness and eating less calories is for weight loss. Sure, working out makes you burn some of those calories but you could just avoid eating them in the first place. I hope that makes sense!
Working out is great for overall health and fitness! But is not necessary for fat loss. Fat loss has to do with calorie deficit, and you can acheive that by eating less alone.
It's often said that weight loss is 70% diet and 30% exercise. My own experience seems to put the mark closer to 95% diet and 5% exercise... but in any case, not having access to a gym shouldn't keep you from losing weight. All you need to lose weight is a reasonable food plan and the discipline to stick with it for the long term.
