If true, the following is encouraging news for yo-yo dieters concerned that they've "shot" their metabolism:

Awesome! I questioned how true this idea of yo-yo dieting killing metabolism was, as I have questioned the many things that people have claimed will kill metabolism. It's good to see some research on the topic!
