Good morning! I'm down 11.5 as of today! Totally excited... but upon looking the mirror, i discovered that I don't necessarily look thinner. Rather, I look like a helium balloon that someone's poked with a pin. I am starting to deflate. It's a weird look. It's not a good look. Everything is getting soft and wrinkly. Is this because it's my 2nd weight loss? I lost 30 pounds a couple of years ago and then gained 40 back . Tell me this goes away!
Congrats!! All I can tell you is that in my experience, the skin does tighten up in time. I still have a lot loose skin which I assume will never go away without surgery, but it is definitely better than it was...in any case I'd much rather have loose skin than the extra weight I can tell you that!!
