Default I ran a half marathon yesterday

And I'm having a "whoda thunk it?" moment. I've never loved running, but it is part of triathlon and so I do it. I never thought I would run a half marathon, consider a full, or otherwise take my body and fitness quite this seriously.

I am proud of myself. I did a good job, and I think just this once I'll shout it from the rooftops of the world.

Very impressive! I've just started doing some running and am happy when I can run a few blocks at a time. Good job!

Congratulations! I am also one of those who never thought it possible; a year and half ago I couldn't even run 1/16 of a mile, but I'm training for my first half (Nov. 4), and now I really enjoy running.

You should be very proud of yourself; it's an amazing accomplishment!!!!!

Congratulations!!!! That's inspiring! I've been running for a couple of years now and I love it, but I'm still a total plodder. What you've accomplished is absolutely amazing to me!
