Krystal - Depends on where you priority is. As Jo said... if the scale is your priority, then I wouldn't go lifting. Redeveloping muscles adds water weight and strength weight. Depends on what you are going for

Maybe it's the exercises or order they go in, but getting more results (shaping) from this then I did from lifting. I actually have tricep muscles now, which is amazing to me!
