Lunch: As Above
Dinner: Beef taco, salsa, spoonful low fat cottage cheese, iceberg lettuce wraps
Snack: Bar or salt and vinegar soy puffs.
Breakfast: Protidiet Pancakes, WF syrup, coffee
Lunch: Protithin Cream of Veg soup with cup of broccoli and mushrooms added in
Dinner: Grilled pork tenderloin with salad of jicama, broccoli, mushrooms and peppers
Snack: Premier Nutrition chocolate shake while watching TV
Phase 4:Continuing the Phase 1 Detoxing - my 20th high school reunion is this Saturday and I decided to take the next few days to squeeze out a few Phase 1s!
