Default 100 lbs down

FINALLY got a 100 lbs down, it took 11 months. Im happy that I lost that but it actually seems like I feel worse then i did before with body pain and such. I hope that will get better. Now I have to work on the next 100. For those of you who dont know me I started out at 463 and now am at 358, so a lil over a 100 down. My ultimate goal is to get to about 200 i think i would be happy there, but will see when I get there. Seems like it would be easier to lose weight but i think its getting harder because as you lose you have to cut back calories, but i am also still doing the 6 week body makeover which i love. so wish me luck with the next 100.

That's amazing. Congrats. What kind of pain are you in? Maybe that's something you should discuss with a doctor. Do you think you're overdoing exercise or maybe not doing the right types of exercise or is the pain related to something else? I hope it gets better for you.

I have pain related to a car accident and I find that overall exercise helps me with mobility, but pain is still a problem for me quite often. However certain exercises help with the pain, like yoga. I do the Healing Yoga for Aches and Pains video and it helps a lot when I'm feeling really stiff and sore.

Anyway, congrats again. That's really incredible.
