I like the Biggest Loser and I'm inspired by the results. If they can lose 100 pounds I can lose 40 pounds.
But I find myself fast forwarding through episodes (until the weigh in) because they are all the same. They start off with some commentary etc go to workout, challenge, weigh in etc. I just wish they would spice things up and have a few surprises and not have the same exact episode every time.
